This summer (2009) Sporting Dynamite held a Summer Camp which ran for a whole week from 17th to 21st August. Every day there were different activities including a games day, water bomb catapult (very well received) Bouncy castles, film and DVD day and a very special trip over to Sports City where Dynamites cheerleaders had the chance to dance in a promotional video with Beth Tweddle.
The video was produced by Channel M and was screened to promote the introduction of Street Cheer as one of the latest disciplines to become part of the Street Games events both at the North West Street Games and then Nationally at all the other Street games events up and down the country.
Broadcast live on TV and then on the home page of Channel M, this was a fantastic bonus and gave all Sporting Dynamite cheerleaders their own chance at 15 minutes of fame.
